As part of the Simons Simplex Collection (SSC) and Simons Variation in Individuals Project (Simons VIP) cohorts, SFARI has collected (and continues to collect) peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) suited for induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) derivation from individuals with ASD and other neurodevelopmental disorders.

Please use this form to nominate PBMC samples for iPSC generation by April 12, 2019. The form contains 10 questions and will take 5-10 min to complete. We will use submitted nominations to prioritize samples for iPSC derivation. Importantly, nominations should briefly outline how the resulting iPSC lines will be used for research projects relevant to understanding the biological impact of mutations associated with autism and related neurodevelopmental disorders. Investigators will be informed of our decisions mid May 2019.

Please be ensured that all your information will be treated confidentially and will be exclusively used by SFARI staff for the purpose of sample prioritization.
