The following survey is based on our integrative Digital Maturity Model (©iDMM). The model is used to determine the level of digitalisation maturity at the organisational level. To determine the maturity level, 5 main factors and 20 subfactors are defined. A total of 60 performance indicators are assigned to the subfactors, which should be assessed for a successful transformation towards a digital business.
We then calculate your digitalisation maturity according to objective measurement criteria. The evaluation of the survey is intended to show to what extent and in which areas your organisation is already digitalised and where there is still potential for improvement so that accurate options for action can be derived.
