Though we wish we could offer every hardworking maker, artist, or small business a spot, we are simply limited by space! A team from Hotel Vermont builds our lineup based on quality of product and diversity of vendors. Please understand that we seek to honor the relationships we've built over time by welcoming back returning vendors, while also offering opportunities to expose new and growing small businesses we haven't worked with before. If we cannot offer you a spot at the market this year, we hope to help support your work through our annual holiday gift guides. Thank you for your understanding!

Please complete applications by Monday, September 1. We will release the final vendor lineup during the week of September 15. Look out for communication confirming your participation around then!

9.This indoor market fills the lobby and event rooms at Hotel Vermont and the Courtyard Burlington Harbor Hotel. Because of the uniqueness of these spaces, we carefully piece together a map of this market using our own tables, which vary in size and space.

We do not charge a vendor fee, we just ask for your flexibility and adaptability within our space limitations and trust that our efforts will result a successful market, regardless of placement. We do our best to accommodate what we can, but this may mean finding alternatives to your usual market display.
