This upper management development series was designed to help prepare management employees to be more
efficient, organized, and to get the most out of the employees they supervise. This program is designed to help your employees understand the dynamics that go on at work and combine that with the critical business understanding that is necessary for every supervisor to be successful with their employees. The series offers hands-on training for employees and gives them tools they will be able to immediately use in their day to day employment.
This series is set up in four sessions. Each session focuses on a different area critical to management.Throughout the series, participants will be asked to create personal accountabilities and work with others to actually use and implement what they’ve learned. At the close of the series, each participant will have a road map to guide them and their employees to a higher level of peak performance.

Registration Fee:
Kansas Training: $1,350 per participant (includes materials, facilitation & lunch)
