ORGANIZATION & CONTACT

Houma-Terrebonne Airport Commission (HTAC) is a participant in the LaDOTD designation in FAA's eVTOL and Advanced Air Mobility Integration Pilot Program (eIPP). HTAC is one of the busiest rotorcraft airports in the nation and a longtime hub for Gulf offshore energy operations, with lease-ready land, an established industrial park, and mature aviation infrastructure. HTAC's focus spans Advanced Air Mobility, offshore aviation — including the specific demands of high-seas and open-ocean operations — industrial and aerospace development, and workforce development, all part of growing HTAC as a hub for business and economic development on and around the airfield.
This form lets your organization introduce itself to HTAC. It takes about five minutes. AAMRadar administers this intake process on HTAC's behalf; HTAC owns all responses, and its business development team reviews them.
Completing this form is voluntary and does not convey any commitment from you or HTAC — it is a preliminary research and fact-finding step, not a solicitation. If or when formal procurement applies, HTAC's standard governing policies would strictly guide that process. Because HTAC is a public body, information submitted through this form may be subject to Louisiana public-records law. This survey is part of HTAC's business and economic development activity; it is not conducted on behalf of, and is not part of, the eIPP program or any other FAA program.
