1. Housing for All: A Plan in Motion

We are so excited you'll be joining us on 3/24 for the Asheville-Buncombe Annual Homeless Summit!

This year is the fifth year of Homeless Initiative's efforts to end homelessness and we are excited to have members from across the community like you participate in learning and sharing so important to our ongoing success.

The goal of the Homeless Summit is to provoke an energetic discussion between agencies working to end homelessness, faith groups, business owners, people experiencing homelessness and members of our community

This registration has a few questions that will help us offer a meaningful event on the 24th. Thanks in advance for your support! See you on the 24th!

* 1. First, please provide a little information:

* 2. How did you hear about the Homeless Summit?

* 3. Did you attend the 2010 Faith Summit?

* 4. Our hope is that people will attend the entire Summit. The Summit lasts from 8:30am-4:30pm. Here is a summary of the agenda:

Morning: Presentations on homelessness
Lunch: Networking with homeless service agencies
Afternoon: Breakout sessions covering specific issues

Please indicate which sessions you plan to attend.

* 5. If you plan to attend lunch, please detail any dietary restrictions we should be aware of.

* 6. We want the Summit to be accessible to all. Please let us know if you will need any accommodations to attend.

* 7. Will you need handicapped parking?

* 8. There is a $15 registration fee to cover the costs of of-speakers, food, and parking. You may pay in advance by mailing a check to the Homeless Initiative (P.O. Box 7148, Asheville NC 28802), drop it off at the 5th Floor of City Hall, or pay the day of the event.

How will you pay your registration fee?

PLEASE NOTE: Scholarships are available for those unable to pay the registration fee.

* 9. Are you interested in volunteering at the Homeless Summit?

* 10. Once we receive your registration, we will contact you with confirmation, information on parking, and other conference details. What is the best way to reach you?
