Introduction

The Idaho Nonprofit Center has two open "hot desk" spaces in our new office that we would like to lease out to starting up or emerging nonprofits, nonprofits looking to have a presence here in the Treasure Valley, currently headquartered in another community and/or nonprofits who are looking for additional space in the area.

You will be required to submit the following documents:
 
  1. Copy of your IRS determination letter (NOTE: You must have received 501 (c) 3 status from the IRS to be eligible for a hot desk)
  2. Most recent 990's (if completed) OR approved annual budget
  3. List of your board of directors to include name, title and employer (if not retired, youth or community member at large)
  4. Letter of interest.
We suggest you gather these items before you get started on the application so you may complete it in one sitting.  

The application has three sections:

  1. Organization information, including mission/vision, programs, etc
  2. Acknowledgements
  3. Document submissions.

We will begin reviewing applications immediately and schedule interviews with interested organizations.  As soon as we identify three organizations to lease our hot desks we will close the application.
