HALLOWEEN HORROR MAKEUP with DIRT
On October 6th and 7th

Add a touch of horror to your Halloween costume or any makeup look with special effects! Learn the basics for creating bruises, bloody wounds, and zombified looks with drag artist Dirt.

Who is your facilitator? Dirt (he/they) is a high energy, high concept drag king who blends classic 80's camp with gen z humor, into a unique blend of idiocy, comedy, and horror. Based in Winnipeg, he has been scooting around the local drag scene for 7 years accumulating titles and new skills. With a background in theater and a love of DIY, he has picked up skills in special effects makeup to create realistic or fantastical effects.

WHO CAN ATTEND?
  • 2SLGBTQ+ youth and allied youth (a friend!)
  • Youth between the ages of 10 - 21
    WHAT'S INCLUDED?
    • All workshop materials provided, but youth are encouraged to bring their own foundation and make-up if they'd like
    • Snacks, drinks, materials and bus tickets will be available!
