The Hoporee Team firstly wishes to thank you for the important role you had in the conduct of a great event for all Joey Scouts.

Plan Do Review is an important part of the program cycle for all Scouting events.

This survey is designed as a way of collecting feedback - both positive and negative - about the Hoporee from Staff in order to ensure appropriate actions are considered in the planning of future major events.

We thank you for taking the time to complete this important survey.

The Youth Program team is offering a random draw $50 prize ($50 voucher to Scout Outdoor Centre) for those who complete the survey - and leave their contact details at the end).

We anticipate this survey should take around 10mins to complete.

1.From your perspective as a Staff member, what were the highlights of the Hoporee?

4.Any comments on the facilities at Woodhouse (campsite, toilet/shower blocks), parking and traffic arrangements?

5.Thinking about the food supply (range, quantity, special diets etc) do you have any comments or suggestions for future events?

8.At present the staff fee covers food, accommodation, merchandise and administration for a major event. What would your thoughts be on introducing a no fee option for staff where nothing is provided and you supply your own food for the time you are onsite?
