Hooksett School District 2020-2021 Planning Survey |
On 7/29/20, the Hooksett School Board voted to reopen schools with the option for parents to select in-person learning or full-time remote learning. The Board also voted to change the first day of school for students to Tuesday, September 1, 2020.
In conjunction with the in-person learning option, the Board voted to have students in grades 2-8 wear face coverings in school unless they were exempt due to a medical condition. For students in grades PreK-1, it is recommended that they wear a face covering while in school. All students will wear a face covering on the bus unless otherwise exempt.
This very brief survey is designed to gauge parent interest regarding the two return to school options: in-person or remote learning. Please respond to this survey no later than Wednesday, August 5, 2020.
By August 14th, parents will be receiving additional information regarding both the in-school and remote learning options along with a survey to make their selection for the school year.
Please contact your child’s building principal if you have any questions.
