1. Hook Norton
Community Housing Survey
March 2018

Hook Norton has an unusual opportunity to build a small group of low energy homes, made affordable by the donation of a piece of land by Cherwell District Council. Ownership of the land would be transferred into a Community Land Trust, reducing the cost of the properties and removing the developer’s profit.

We want to find out how many people would welcome a small housing project designed to meet the needs of the community. By completing and returning this survey you will have played your part in ensuring that the houses we build are the homes we need.

Everyone aged 16 years and over with a strong local connection to Hook Norton is invited to take part.
This survey is created by Lemon Drizzle Consultants on behalf of Hook Norton Low Carbon.

Completed surveys must be completed by March 20th.
