Worker Accommodation Needs Survey |
The ‘Worker Housing’ forum hosted by the Rural City of Murray Bridge on 27 September 2021, held to inform the ‘Homes for Workers Project’, scoped a pathway to address the shortage of worker accommodation, a barrier to attracting new employees to Murray Bridge and surrounds.
Forum participants identified supply and demand challenges and opportunities for worker accommodation. Among other matters, the need to develop an understanding of the demand for worker accommodation and the types of accommodation that workers require was identified.
To help ‘Homes for Workers’ partners to gain an understanding of worker housing requirements, members of the Murraylands Food Alliance and Business Murray Bridge would appreciate your insights provided through this short survey.
