Homelessness and Women's Health Survey |
Introduction
This survey is about the reproductive health of women who have been homeless in Australia sometime during the past 5 years. This includes situations where you may have stayed at a friend's house, a motel, a refuge or on the street because you had nowhere else to live.
This survey is open to women aged 16 years and over.
Instructions:
· Taking part in the study is voluntary.
· Information you provide is confidential.
· The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete.
· Please do not exit the survey before completing it as you cannot return to the incomplete parts after exiting.
