Hi everyone! With all the winter holidays coming up, the JPP team is collecting sign-ups for all current JPP families interested in receiving a gift card to support the cost of holiday grocery shopping for your family.

Please note: this is open ONLY for current, active JPP families. In order to receive a gift card, you MUST sign-up here or ask your coach to sign up your family. You also have the option to receive the gift card in person or have it mailed to you.
