Prerequisites

1. Age: 18 years or older
2. Vision: Minimum 20/70 (correctable to 20/20) in each eye
3. Helpful skills (not required for beginners):
- Hair, wig, and ventilating knowledge
- Knitting and crochet (chain, single, and double crochet)
4. For wig-making classes:
- Ability to use both hands
- Capability to see small pattern holes on lace
- Skill to use fine needles

Virtual Class Requirements

- Computer with internet connection, sound, and video capabilities
- Class area with indirect lighting for clear visibility of face and supplies

Policies

Attendance
- Contact us immediately (phone, text, or email) for emergencies or absences
- Reschedule appointments if unable to attend

Check-In
- Required 24 hours prior to class date
- Failure to check-in results in "no-show" status and rescheduling

No-Show
- Non-attendance without check-in leads to withdrawal and rescheduling

Cancellation
- Send written notification to info@hairlineillusions.com at least 10 business days before class start
- Receive a 24-month valid voucher for a future class

Grading System

Components:
- 25% Classwork: In-class work, discussions, activities, participation
- 25% Homework: Out-of-class assignments
- 50% Assessment: Tests, quizzes, presentations, projects
- Extra Credit: Bonus products/services for completed projects

Scale:
A: 93-100% | B: 85-92% | C: 77-84% | D: 75-76% | F: Below 75%

Certificate of Completion

- "Temporary Certificate" issued after passing first homework
- Final certificate requires overall passing grade

Make-Up Exams

Scheduled at instructor's discretion

Supplies

- Reserved for class projects and homework
- Supplier list provided upon certification
- Hairline Illusions supplies available after course completion

Application Process

- $150 non-refundable application fee required
- Covers administrative costs, review, and spot reservation
- Separate from course tuition
- Due at submission
- Does not guarantee acceptance
- Application reviewed after fee receipt
