This online survey is about Help Me, Mind HK’s Virtual Assistant. We’re asking people to take this survey to help us find out how we can improve Help Me’s style, language use and usability.
To take part in this study, you must be a Hong Kong resident over the age of 18. This survey will be open from February 12 to March 21 2021. The survey will take you around 5-10 minutes to complete and you can choose to terminate the survey at any time without negative consequences. Your answers will help improve support for thousands.
I would like to stress that all information collected will remain strictly confidential. Individual details will not be disclosed or identifiable from this survey. Any personal information that you include in this survey will be stored securely, and only Mind HK's Research team and our external research partner will have access to the data. Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose.
The findings will be shared with others – including researchers, the media, and other organisations/charities that provide mental health services - to improve support. However, your answers will remain anonymous.
