This survey is the introductory activity of the program, aimed at evaluating your current understanding of guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT) and clinical applicability of available options for heart failure as a cardiologist.
This engaging activity includes 9 questions, some in a quiz format, crafted to spark reflection and deepen your understanding of GDMT for heart failure. Furthermore, we ask for your opinion from daily practice on the management of heart failure.
By participating, you'll reinforce your clinical expertise and help us understand the heart failure patient journey under GDMT aimed at ensuring optimal patient care. In addition, your results will enable us to deliver customized, high-impact content, ensuring you play a pivotal role in shaping the program’s future. The insights we gather will guide the design of the second module of our educational journey (livestream), tailoring it to your specific interests.
