Did you know that light has the ability to affect our bodies on a physiological level? Light stimulates our body's circadian rhythms. These rhythms are biological processes necessary in battling depression, anxiety and a wide rage of other cognitive behavioral ailments. 

They are so important that for years now researchers, scientists and physicians have been exploring the use of bright light therapy as treatment for those who suffer from such ailments. This survey is the first step to gain the participation and support of communities worldwide, so that we can begin to qualify the benefits of social light therapy and develop solutions help people in the way they need and deserve.
