This survey is part of the application process for Healerzone Team Leaders.  It is also to find out what they want from the expansion of Healerzone, and includes a formal, binding agreement from each one to uphold the principles, ethos and best practice as required by the Founder (Jen Tiller) and Core Team, as they carry out their roles in the Healerzone community.

If your application is accepted, there is a set-up fee of £100 to create the logos, facebook group if required, and access to the Healerzone Handbook which is being steadily added to.

If at any point what is required changes the Founder or Core Team will notify Team Leaders.  They can then choose to comply and continue as a Team Leader, or choose not to and step down from the role with the thanks of the community.

Before you begin, here is an OVERVIEW of Healerzone, the healers' own community, and its ethos.

Healerzone is a global community for supporting people who support the well-being of others.  It's for all those who offer an holistic  (whole system) approach no matter whether their techniques are medical, complementary or esoteric. These are people who truly care, and want to serve. People who are open minded, and big hearted. In order to keep giving, they need a way to get their own needs met personally and spiritually, at a business level and growing their skills.  Without that, burnout can be a serious, if largely unspoken, issue! A large part of the Healerzone purpose and ethos is to make it easier to create connection, build a network of positive, uplifting people, and ensure you never feel isolated or without resources.

Healerzone offers a range of ways for people to connect, share, learn and grow together. We use the term Healer in its broadest sense, and as long as people behave ethically, the community is welcoming to all.  Members include complementary therapists, medical staff, light workers, personal development trainers, coaches, counsellors and hypnotherapists, fitness trainers, yoga and pilates teachers, carers and hospice workers, light workers of all kinds, and many others. These roles may be full-time, part-time, voluntary or paid, working with people, animals and/or the environment. It has an inclusive approach, with a range of levels of involvement that make it accessible to everyone.

Members join the Healerzone.com site, rather than a specific local group, and can attend any group or event if they have booked/paid as required by the organiser.

The Healerzone community is rapidly expanding, both on and offline. As part of this, local groups are planned to open around the UK, Europe and the US since the summer of 2015 (9 launched so far, as at August 2016, with many more pre-launch!)

It's not a franchise, simply a supported, gently structured way for the Healerzone community to connect in the real world, with Teams volunteering their time and services only so far as they are willing and comfortably able to do.   In order to do that, Group Leaders need to gather together a reliable Core Team with all the skills needed to run a group.

If you're not already a member, please join the www.healerzone.com membership site as Well-being Practitioner.  You're also welcome to join the facebook community www.facebook.com/groups/healerzone

AGREEMENT FOR VOLUNTEERS TAKING ON THE ROLE OF HEALERZONE GROUP LEADER:  Please read through the overview, then tick each element of the questions below. When you have done so, please type 'I agree to all of the above' in the comment box at the bottom of this question (if you don't feel you can agree to all these points, please get in touch with Jen Tiller directly).

There are several key elements to being a Group Leader with Healerzone.

We need people who are enthusiastic about the ethos of the community, able to co-ordinate
a local team of fellow well-being providers to provide events in their area, spread the word about
Healerzone, co-ordinate with Healerzone Core Team, and generally be the ‘go-to’ person for the group.
It’s essential that Group Leaders do the training provided, and pass that knowledge to their team and
event attendees as appropriate.  More specifics in the tick list below.

There are a range of events each Group can choose to run.  We love new ideas, but please keep us
informed BEFORE any new style of event is advertised.

Finances:  Group Leaders must be paid-up members of Healerzone.com, then there is an admin cost of £100
for creating logos, initial training time, ongoing access to online training and additional resources is
included, and expanded.  For regular events, the local group keeps any profit (costs may be paid by the
Leader or funded communally by the Core Team).  It is up to the local group to manage finances.

Group Leaders will be given an affiliate link, and get a percentage of new Memberships to the
.com site, wherever they may be located.  People join the .com site, and may attend any networking
event run by a Healerzone group at a discounted rate, so events must be costed to allow for that.
Only Professional/Life/Gold level members of Healerzone.com receive discounts.

GL’s are welcome to promote their own businesses appropriately when sending out Healerzone
emails etc.  Joint venture promotions for workshops and events are always open for discussion.
