This survey will help us develop the "Next Superintendent's Criteria" for the selection of our next Superintendent, who will join our district in July 2026.

1.What are you proud of in the Lane ESD? What does the ESD do well? Please be as specific as possible as we would like to know what you think would be important for the new Superintendent to attend to, to cultivate, and to sustain.
