Ngāti Mākino Hauora Survey (ENGLISH)

Ehara taku toa i te toa takitahi, kātahi ko taku toa he toa takitini a Mākino.
Toitū te mana, toitū te whenua, toitū te tangata, toitū te Mākinotanga.
My strength is not singular. My strength is collective. My identity as Ngāti Mākino perseveres.

WHY WE ARE ASKING
Ngāti Mākino Iwi Authority, Ngāti Mākino Heritage Trust and Ngāti Mākino Assets Limited recently released an Iwi Survey to help develop a joint strategy that guides our mahi for current and future generations.

83% of respondents flagged Whānau health & hauora services as the top long-term outcome that will define Ngāti Mākino success. 57% said Intergenerational wellbeing as the highest priorities for the next five years.

This survey helps us respond to this feedback and gain more detail into how we develop our Hauora Strategy. We want to ensure that our Strategy is informed by whānau views, experiences and insights; and, that it has our whānau at its centre, both registered and unregistered, living in Te Arawa rohe and beyond.

BEFORE YOU START...
This survey is anonymous. Do not put your name on it unless you choose to enter the prize draw, and those details are kept separate from your answers. Some questions may touch on some heavy things. If you need any support, please let us know. Only collated responses will be published, no identifying information will be included.
