'Hands free' sex toys?

We're working to create the first line of sex toys for people with limited hand mobility. It's exciting work, but we reckon 'hands free' sex toys would appeal to people without hand limitations too - leaving your hands free to do.. other things ;)  So we wanted to ask a few questions to find out.
