Grand Valley Metropolitan Council - Regional Safety Action Plan Survey

Each year, more than 40,000 people die in traffic crashes on America's roads. This shocking statistic led the Federal Highway Administration to create a new National Roadway Safety Strategy to reach a goal of zero roadway deaths. The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law established the new Safe Streets for All (SS4A) program to fund roadway safety projects across the country, from which the Grand Valley Metropolitan Council (GVMC) recently received a grant.
