Reasons to restrict the green area to "no wake" 
<ul>
<li>Everyone entering is already in a "no wake" area</li>
<li>This is a loon nesting area</li>
<li>Large waves erode the shoreline requiring expensive reconstruction</li>
<li>Large waves rock the boats and lifts</li>
<li>Loud noise ruins the serenity of this area</li>
<li>Currently dangerous for paddle boarders, swimmers, and kayakers</li>
<li>Waves interfere with fishing</li>
<li>The Sheriff travels through this are so enforcement is easy</li>
</ul>
Reasons to keep green area "open throttle" 
<ul>
<li>Some boaters prefer quick accelerations when leaving a "no wake" area</li>
<li>Wake is needed to waterski off my dock</li>
<li>Roar of the boats doesn't bother me</li>
<li>Higher speeds in boats is exciting</li>
<li>Some boaters want to wakeboard in this area</li>
<li>Using jet skis is more exciting with high speeds</li>
</ul>
