This workshop is sponsored by GEAR UP Wyoming! Wyoming 7th - 12th grade educators or administrators may register here for the ‘Fall 2017 ACT Regional Workshop’, taking place on Wednesday, September 13th & Thursday, September 14th at the University Union (UU) Building on the University of Wyoming at Casper shared facility on the Casper College campus, 125 College Drive; Casper, WY. This workshop has a series of round table sessions for participants to rotate through, presenters are as follows: Mary Kerns and her team of ACT Prep trained teachers; Alan Shotts; and Steve Newton. Additionally, there will be a session from the Wyoming ACT Council. This session will have a brief presentation on the foundational role of the council has in Wyoming; as well as their future goals surrounding further ACT support throughout numerous facts statewide. Following their presentation there will be a Q&A session, and your participation will aid the council in the direction they need to assist you, as an educator or an administrator.
