Our Warranty Requirement: As of 01/01/2026, Article 2.1 was added to our 10-year warranty requirements. This now mandates that the installer must have completed our full training path (Online and In-person training) to activate the full 10-year warranty.
Article 2.1 – Training in the installation of mounting systems
In the context of the sale of its mounting systems (in particular the GSE IN-ROOF SYSTEM, GSE ON-ROOF SYSTEM and GSE GROUND SYSTEM), the Supplier attaches great importance to installation quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
Technical training is required/mandatory for the systems concerned, in particular for the GSE IN-ROOF SYSTEM and GSE ON-ROOF SYSTEM (as well as for any upgrades or new versions) when specified by the Supplier. In order to ensure the proper and safe use of the products supplied, the Customer undertakes to follow the technical training provided by GSEI before any commissioning or use. In the event of refusal or absence from training, GSEI declines all responsibility for misuse and the contractual warranty may be suspended or cancelled.
This training, offered directly by the Supplier or through its authorised distributors, is intended to:
- ensure mastery of installation procedures in accordance with technical and regulatory requirements (in particular certifications),
- guarantee the maintenance of product warranty conditions,
- preserve the compliance, durability and safety of installations,
- enhance end customer satisfaction and confidence.
Participation in and successful completion of this training course may be a prerequisite for the installation of systems by the Customer or its customers.
Without prejudice to legal guarantees, the Supplier may refuse any contractual guarantee or technical assistance in the event of installation carried out without complying with the installation procedures, applicable technical documents, or without validation of the required training when this is mandatory.
Here’s how it works:
1. Start online – Watch short training videos, then complete two quick multiple-choice quizzes.
2. Book your in-person day – A full day (10:00–16:30, may vary) of practical training on roof rigs, limited to just 7–8 installers per session for maximum hands-on time.
3. Get accredited – End the day with a short test. Pass, and you’ll become a GSE Intégration Trained Installer – with your certificate valid for 12 months.
