Your Group Volunteer Event Day, General Information

Documentation:
We will provide your team with individual save harmless agreements in advance that each individual volunteering will turn in on the day of the event and a group sign-in sheet.

What to Wear? It is important your team is comfortable and safe. We encourage people to wear layers, closed-toed shoes, long pants, hats for sun protection, bring and wear sunscreen, and bring their own gloves and safety goggles if they choose.

Creature Comforts: We encourage your group to bring your own water and snacks. Most locations do have drinking fountains, but not all. We will identify park amenities so your team is prepared for a fantastic event.

Make it fun: Do you have a portable music player? Does your group like to compete or play games? Do you have fun chants your group already uses? Use these activities to ensure your group remains energized throughout your project.
