Introduction

Ever wonder how and why things get built in our town? Everything that is built -- from streets and parks on public land to homes and stores on private property -- is subject to laws and regulations. These laws and regulations are influenced by governmental policies. The document that most directly shapes land use and development in Greenwich is the Plan of Conservation and Development.

Greenwich is creating a new Plan to guide future growth and development in town. Before any recommendations are made, it is important to ask people who live in the town what they think. This questionnaire is geared for high school and younger students - the next generation of decision-makers.  The questionnaire should take four minutes to complete.
