Team Registration for Green Tank Perfect Pitch

UWW Earth Initiative will host the first annual green business idea elevator pitch competition (“Green Tank”) on April 19th from 4:00-6:00 PM Hyland 1000 (Timmerman). You can participate as an individual or in groups up to three.

There will be CASH prizes for first, second, and third place.

Contestants will have 3 minutes to present their eco-friendly idea(s) for a product, service, or policy to a panel of entrepreneurship judges (have your idea ready to present before the Green Tank event). Example ideas may include but are not limited to: using recycled materials to create a new product, ways to make the campus more environmentally efficient, or products that could help someone live a “greener” life. These ideas are not limited in size or scale.

When creating your idea and presenting your related “green pitch” to the panel, make sure to address the practicality, effectiveness, resources necessary, and time period necessary to achieve these ideas. So, when you enter the Green Tank show us your passion for the Earth and your environment. Are you ready to step into the “Green Tank?”
