We invite you to nominate projects, programs, and/or people that have demonstrated exceptional achievements in advancing green building in and around the County that model deep and meaningful collaboration. You may provide nominations for a single award category or multiple. Please provide a paragraph (no more than 2500 characters) in the spaces below for your nomination(s) and include the following information:
1. The project, program, or person’s/team members’ name(s)
2. An overall description
3. Details about your nomination’s qualifications for the award—for projects, highlight any distinguishing features or impacts that illustrate the latest high performing green building and sustainable development practices, including but not limited to:
• partnerships / collaboration practices
• community benefits
• green building innovations
• green building certifications
• C&D material diversion
• energy or water savings
• greenhouse gas reductions
• equity and social justice
• stormwater management
• cost savings
• sustainable materials
4. Links to relevant webpages or photos if available.
Nominations that do not receive an award may be considered for an honorable mention and inclusion on the King County Green Building Story Map.
