High Performance Homes Survey

More than ever, people are thinking about not only where they live, but how they live.  Buyers often look for a home that is considered high performance – one that needs fewer resources, like electricity, natural gas, and water, in the course of a day. Current research shows that home buyers across the country are willing to pay more for homes with “green” features.
