Energy Kidz Afterschool activity clubs

We are working hard to secure a high quality After School, Activity Club and Holiday Camp provision for your children at their school.
The survey needs to be a true reflection of demand. Please complete with a genuine requirement for each session so we can confirm the most suitable venue and resource with the correct staffing.
Energy Kidz Activity Hour £5.75
Activity Hours are listed in the survey below. Please select which activities you would be booking for your child. Each Activity Session runs from 3.15pm for 1 hour. Children need to be collected at 4.15pm or can stay until 6pm in Afterschool Club. Our Activity hours give children the opportunities to enjoy Arts & Crafts, Inventing & Building, Multi Sports, Netball, Football and Cricket.
Afterschool clubs runs until 6pm £12.25 including a healthy snack and a range of great things to do.
