Thank you for your interest in the Women Mentoring Women* Program. Mentoring is a key component in creating a successful and meaningful academic, career, and personal life. Our goal is to provide you with that support and to connect you to a community of women through this program.
Please fill out ALL of the questions below. This application should take you approximately 15 minutes to complete. These questions are designed to match you with a mentor/mentee based on your interests in mentoring, as well as your scientific discipline. All answers are confidential. You may respond with more than one answer if it applies. You can apply as both a mentee and mentor in this application.
Please note that the application deadline is SUNDAY OCTOBER 11, 2015. Women Mentoring Women will host a pre-matching mixer to meet your potential mentor/mentee which will take place WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 14th 5:30-7:00pm. After the Mixer you will have the opportunity to let the committee know preferred matches. Matching will take place on the week of October 19th.

We would also like you to email a JPG photo of yourself to Erin-Kate Escobar at ekescoba@caltech.edu BEFORE Sunday October 11, 2015. Your photo will be included with your bio for a handout during the pre-matching mixer for all graduate women and postdocs on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 14, from 5:30-7 PM at the Caltech Alumni House. It will help the graduate women identify you and remember specific facts. *****
