Application Form for HKIA Verification Certificate

Note for attention:
1. The qualification verification and certificate printing process will take about FOUR weeks. Applicants are advised to allow ample time for the next steps in their application with ARBUK.
2. There will be charges for certificate printing (HK$800) and postage (if applicable).

In Hong Kong, the following pre-professional and professional architectural degrees are accredited by the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) and the Architects Registration Board of Hong Kong (ARB):

1.First Name in English (as printed on your school certificate)(Required.)
2.Last Name in English (as printed on your school certificate)(Required.)
3.Name in Chinese (as printed on your identity card / passport, please write N/A if you do not have Chinese name on your ID card / Passport)(Required.)
4.Please upload your copy of the identity proof(Required.)
