Community Survey

We are a small group of independent professionals from the US and Australia who are gathering information to help inform the conversation around sexism and bias. We thank you for taking time to complete our survey. We are conducting preliminary research on the prevalence of micro-moments of everyday sexism and bias that diminish the opportunity for everyone to reach their potential in the workplace. In tweets, posts and conversations, people around the world share similar stories of being talked over, looked over, passed over and subtly belittled.

By completing this survey you get to be heard by the very people in power who can make change happen. The results of this survey will also help inform and influence the debate on how pervasive this issue is. It is our vision that together, we can spark actions to build a new social agreement in and out of the workplace.

We thank you for your willingness to complete this confidential survey. Only the overall results will be shared.

This survey will only take 5 minutes or less of your time. But will make a huge difference and let your voice be heard.
