The purpose of this survey is to help me better understand what I should/need to focus on during my time as an intern at GiGi’s Playhouse. The focus of my doctoral project is how play and leisure participation impact occupational performance in all ages throughout the lifespan. My goal is to provide useful and relevant information, resources, and activities for the caregivers of GiGi’s Playhouse members. This survey will provide me with background information to better serve GiGi’s playhouse members and their families. All answers will remain anonymous.
