Draft Gender Equity Policy

The Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) has recently released a Gender Equity Next Steps Report. One of the key actions in the report was to develop a Gender Equity Policy. 

A Gender Equity Policy has been drafted with the support of the Gender Equity Working Group and is now open for comment from members until 6 December.
