Thank you for taking the time to participate in First U’s Ministerial Search Congregational Survey. This survey is an opportunity for us to reflect together on who we are as a congregation, what we value, where we hope to grow, and what we are seeking in our next called minister. Your responses will help the Search Committee develop a fuller picture of First U and inform our work throughout the search process. The results will also help shape the House Meetings we will hold this fall, where we’ll explore key themes from the survey more deeply through facilitated group conversations.
The survey should take approximately 20–25 minutes to complete. We hope you will answer as fully and thoughtfully as you can, but you are welcome to skip any question you prefer not to answer.
