Future Tracks Upskill Research Project

Hi and welcome to this quick survey.
Future Tracks engaged dandolopartners, a public policy consultancy based in Melbourne, to conduct a research project. The research project is interested in understanding what might motivate or prevent an Educator becoming an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT).
Findings from this research will be used to inform a new Future Tracks Upskill initiative to better support educators who are interested in upskilling to an ECT role.
Your feedback is really important and we want to hear from as many educators as possible.
We've got some brief questions and it should take you no longer than 3-4 minutes to complete.
The first 200 educators to complete the survey will go in the draw to win one of 10 $100 VISA gift cards. All respondents get the chance to win one of five more $100 gift cards which will be drawn randomly.
