88th Annual Downtown Fresno Christmas Parade: A Funky Fulton Christmas

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 88th Annual Downtown Fresno Christmas Parade! We can't wait for the historic and special event to return to the newly re-opened Fulton Street, and are thankful for volunteers like you.
Event Details 
The 88th Annual Downtown Fresno Christmas Parade returns to its original location the newly re-opened Fulton Street. This year’s theme is A Funky Fulton Christmas.

Who: Performers, Marching Bands, Bands, Clubs, and Organizations
What: Parade down Fulton Street
When: Saturday, December 2nd, 11 am
Where: Fulton Street, downtown Fresno
Why: To celebrate the beginning of Christmas season with the community and friends.
Volunteer Details
Schedules differ by volunteer position. See Question 6 for times. 

Runners (16 spaces available) 
Assist Group Check-In Directors. Escort participants to their Staging Area and ensure that they are in the correct order before departing for parade route. Walk with participants to start of parade route, make sure no one is throwing candy and the parade path is clear. 

Tear Down Crew: Route & Lots (10 spaces available)
At the end of the parade, help tear down the route, staging area lot, and tear down lot.
