Football fans often face multiple challenges when travelling to watch their country play in European competitions, from late fixtures and visa requirements to high tickets prices and aggressive policing. In order to improve this situation, Football Supporters Europe (FSE) now monitors conditions in away sectors at national team matches as well as at club level.
Travelling supporters are invited to complete the following survey after every European away match in the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers to provide information on relevant topics, including travel arrangements, ticket prices, allocation, policing/stewarding, catering, and so on. By completing the survey, you will allow FSE to collect hard, reliable data which will inform our future policy.
All results will be anonymised. FSE will evaluate the information provided at a later stage and publish a report based on the findings in order to offer a clear picture of the situation within the whole UEFA region and to liaise with the football authorities on possible improvements.
