10% of survey complete.
FSC Families,

Thank you for participating in our on-line Fairport Soccer Club Survey and Coaching Evaluation process! Whether your feedback is positive, negative or somewhere in between, please let your voice be heard. This is a very important process and opportunity, especially the section on the coaches, given the time and influence that our coaches have with our kids.

This process should go very quickly and will help the Club to acknowledge & reinforce great coaching attributes while also helping us to target areas for improvement for the Club, in general.

Please keep the following in mind:

1) SURVEY: Complete 1 survey per child in FSC.

2) ANONYMITY: Rest assured that only a select few FSC Board members (Larry Reynolds, Maureen Funds, and Steve Boulet ) will see the individual evaluations and comments. Coaches/Asst. Coaches will not see any individual evaluations. Only compiled feedback will be shared with the coaches and this will be done by the Director of Coaching, Gianni Bassani. We are asking parents to “sign” the evaluations; it’s a good reminder that you are stakeholders in FSC. Unsigned evaluations will be discarded.

If you have concerns about anonymity, remember that another way to bring issues to the attention of the Board is by discussing them directly with Board Members.

3) PLAYER INPUT: Parents: Please review the season and survey questions with your kids, but fill this out yourself. Players' feelings about their experiences are obviously important, and we would like parents to include comments from their child(ren).

Please remember: Support and / or constructive criticism of the Club and Coaches are your club’s vehicle to reinforce what is done well and what can be improved.

This is a process that can only be made effective by you. Thanks in advance for your prompt attention and follow-through! Please contact any of us with any questions and thanks for your continued support of the Club and the kids.

Sincerely,
The FSC Board of Directors
