Thank you for completing the FSA's survey for supporters of the women's game.
This survey is open to all fans who follow a women's team in England and Wales at all levels, whether they are your main club and you are a regular matchgoer, a fan of the men's game who takes an interest in their club's women's team, a fan of the Lionesses or Cymru women, or someone who just watches the occasional match on TV.
The survey touches on a number of key issues relating to the women's game, and should take no more than around 10-15 minutes to complete.
The results will help guide FSA thinking around policy decisions, and will be shared in our regular meetings with the game's major stakeholders, as well as being made available to member groups at a local level.
