FREE Ohio National Guard Gun Lock Request

As apart of the Ohio National Guard Suicide Prevention campaign, Family Readiness has FREE gun locks that are available to be shipped to families all across the state of Ohio.

Since 2015, majority of deaths by suicide have been gun related. These gun locks will have the "Crisis Suicide Hotline" number on them. Please consider using these locks as a tool to keep yourself safe for those who matter to you. Please also consider using these locks as a way to start important conversations with family and friends who see you using this lock. 


**This site is not approved by the DOD for collection of Personal Identifying Information (PII).  If you choose to provide your address below, it will be deleted from database once the gun locks have been mailed. If you do not wish to provide your address below, please email erin.m.nicol2.ctr@army.mil now so there will be no delay in shipping.
