Annual Year End Check In Survey

Happy Holidays to all of my clients. As the year ends, I want to wish you all a prosperous and safe 2022.

This survey is an opportunity for us to reconnect, check in and review your current plans to make sure you are prepared and on track to reach your goals for 2022.

I will receive a life insurance benefit and or inheritance including land and investments.

They don’t have coverage, I will have to pay for it.
