Ashtabula County Community Action Agency and Community Counseling Center, in collaboration with the Ashtabula Area City School leadership and staff, are conducting this "Community Engagement" project with various groups throughout the summer season.
The purpose of this survey is:
-to identify what supportive services students, families, and the community want to be provided within the school; and,
- determine how likely they are to use those services if they were available.
We believe strong schools and successful communities go hand-in-hand.  We are emphasizing this in our efforts to build "Strong Foundations, Successful Futures".
Thank you for completing this survey.  We appreciate your help building...
Strong Foundations, Successful Futures.
