1. Introduction
Fort Lupton is currently working with the community to update its Comprehensive Plan. The new Comprehensive Plan, known as Picture Fort Lupton, will serve as an important guide for land use and development, community facilities, open space, and transportation decision-making for Fort Lupton in the future. This planning process will also include the development of a Parks and Trails Master Plan to guide decisions relating to parkland development, trail infrastructure, and other recreational facilities. We invite you to participate in our community’s planning process.
This community questionnaire includes questions relating to the community overall as well as parks and recreational facilities. The results of this questionnaire will be tabulated and documented for use in preparing the Comprehensive Plan, the Parks and Trails Master Plan, and for other community decision-making purposes. Your participation and input will be a valuable resource for our community. Please take the time to carefully read each question and answer it as accurately as possible. The questionnaire should take less than 15 minutes to complete.
