Thank you for your interest our food truck/vendor events in Kalamazoo!
You are signing up to be a food truck/vendor or merchandise booth at KELC Events. This is an annual application process.
If you are new to the vendor festival industry, KELC Events is just one of many organizations that hosts events, and specifically, food truck and vendor booth events.
Our organization hosts the two different food truck/vendor events:
Festival Fridays, May-August (the second Friday of the month, 5:00-9:00 p.m.). This event has taken on a new event approach and it is traveling to 4 different DDA locations in Kalamazoo County. The event will be an "old fashioned" street festival that will include live music, food vendor booths, and merchandise vendors. The event will only feature up to 5 food trucks. Since each location is different, the event will look and feel different for each month's event. Locations will be announced in mid-March.

Burg Days: This is an event hosted by the Village of Vicksburg. KELC has joined with the Village to help coordinate the food truck portion of the event. The event has proven to be a great opportunity for a mid-week street festival that celebrates Vicksburg. The guidelines are outlined on the separate sign up form. KELC is the entity that manages the events under the Burg Days guidelines for vending.
This application is a general information survey about your operation. Once you complete this, you are eligible to complete individual event applications (Burg Days and Festival Fridays) that will ask you specifically what event dates you would like to vend.
Answering the questions as fully and completely as possible will help us be able to determine how your vendor booth or truck can be successful at the events that we host. If you have any questions about the information requested, do not hesitate to call us (269) 388-2830.

Please note that once your form is completed, our staff will go through it and process the information. If you select that you want more information about certain events, that information will be emailed to you. The purpose of this application is to not make you complete information about your vending operation for each event added.
KELC, as an event management planning firm, also helps to promote food truck private events and works with companies and nonprofits to match food trucks with event catering/food experience needs.
