Mentoring Programme runs from January - June 2027

Please apply if you:
  • Are a student of Production, Media, Arts, Culture, Cinema, Journalism, History, or a related field, with a strong interest in archives, heritage, and the audiovisual sector.
  • Are entering the archive industry for the first time or making a mid-career transition into the field.
  • Have recently taken on a new or challenging role and would benefit from guidance and support as you navigate your next career step.
  • Can commit to a six-month mentoring programme, including a minimum of one one-hour meeting per month with your mentor, either online or in person (where possible).
  • Are willing to share feedback at the end of the programme to help us improve and develop future mentoring opportunities.
