As part of this survey, you'll also be asked about a new rate structure concept FKEC is exploring. No decisions have been made, and no changes are being proposed or announced at this time. Your feedback will play an important role in helping FKEC evaluate this concept and guide future decisions.

What you should know:
Confidentiality: Your responses are strictly confidential. To keep the process independent, the survey is administered by Pioneer Utility Resources and Pulse Research, and results are reported only in aggregate.
Time: The survey takes about 9–15 minutes to complete.
Impact: FKEC is a not-for-profit cooperative owned by the members it serves across the Upper and Middle Keys - and your input goes directly to FKEC's leadership and board.
